Eating right is just as important as working out. Encouraging a wide variety of nutrition choices and a greater emphasis on physical education are equally important for young people. What Genre seems to do be doing is give readers both the workout piece and dietary piece. This is rare in a lifestyle book, as they seem to simply be obsessed with looking at others from a distance, instead of turning the spotlight on ourselves. Good work, Genre.

I cut out the workouts every month. They seem to work for me, and that is all I care about. I eat tons of junk food, too -- sorry Dr.

Looking good, Genre -- keep up the good work. I have been reading you for years and your mag has NEVER looked this good. Great job with design, editorial and your consideration for the reader. I actually enjoy keeping it around my pad
