I have never liked this look at all. Undies waistband is sexy but when the pants r off the ass - No No. You're not 15 anymore. When you're growing that fast, it's OK your pants start to fit only your thighs and not your waist/hip. Obscene when a grown man does that.

Come on, guys. Don't make fun of him. Maybe in the bag he's got other clothes that actually fit him, and not his little brother (shirt) since he's obviously got nipples that can put an eye out, and/or dad (pants). Who knows? It could have been laundry day and he didn't have anything of his own to wear. At least he didn't have any skid marks... LOL!
