CONGRATULATION ALAIN BERNARD !!!
Alain Bernard, french swimmer, broke the men's 100m freestyle world record with a time of 47.60 seconds at the European swimming championships today. Check out those arms and shoulders, this is how you would look like if you did listen to your mum telling you to eat more spinach ;-) Watch the video HERE.
What a good looking guy! I don't mean to make fun of him, but in that 1st pic he looks like he's saying, "Me HULK! you-puny human!" Good job and congratulations. I can't wait to see him starting to model for you guys on here (HINT, HINT!!!!)
