MARIAH CAREY "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" PERFORMANCES

Mariahcareysnl15381

Mariah Carey performed two songs last night in "Saturday Night Live". The first song is her new single, “Touch My Body” off her latest album E=MC² (meaning: “Emancipation equals Mariah Carey to the second power”). We love this song .... this one and Rock with U by Janet Jackson are playing over and over in the car ;-) The second song (not so crazy about it) is called “Migrate”. Watch her two performances below!

I'm with you on this! I'm looking forward to E=MC2 and "Touch My Body" has really grown on me. I'm guessing "Migrate" sounds better in the studio version. But please answer me this... what is with the constant parade of creepy homeless looking rappers on Mariah albums? I'm by no means making fun of Mariah, I just don't see the appeal. Am I alone on this one? :)

no nathan you are not alone on that!! she always seems to be loking for some kind of street credibility from these goons!!! its not right!! mariah does not have to prove that she has youthful appeal by performing with those homeless looking characters!! also i was not feeling both performances! her voice seemed 'not sweet'!! and when she tried to hit the notes they seemed 'out of reach'!! i stayed up for her saturday night live performance but was disappointed

Mariah sucked on SNL. Her voice is shot, and if it were'nt for the backing track, she would have been in audible. She did look beautiful though.

The second song Migrate is atrocious, and T-Pain made it even worse. She really needs to lose the rent a rapper schtick.

I just have lost interest in this woman she is boring... And seriously her new song sounds pitch shifted to all hell and back again... Her last album was hard work this is the result of being in the studio for about 3 months, or at least it sounds that way.
