THE TUDORS2 PREMIERED IN NEW YORK CITY
The Tudors season two premiered in New York City on tuesday. Jonathan Rhys Meyers returns as bad boy King Henry VIII and Henry Cavill as Henry VIII’s best friend, Charles Brandon. We think this show is among the best shows ever created, the acting is just stunning ... and the hot and sexy scenes do not hurt the story ;-)
Recently Jonathan’s been struggling with bad behavior off screen as well, and has reportedly spent some time in rehab for his alcohol addiction. The young actor seams quit uncomfortable in the limelight but made the effort to appear with his long term girlfriend Reena Hammer and his co-stars. Season 2 of The Tudors kicks off on Sunday, March 30th. Multiple Oscar nominee Peter O’Toole, 74, who recently joined the cast as Pope Paul III, also attends the event along with Natalie Dormer, Billie Piper, James Frain, Creator Michael Hirst and Morgan O’Sullivan.
