LEAVE NO BLOOD FOR MOSQUITOES ...

On this ad for Off, a mosquito repellent, you can read: "leave no blood for mosquitoes".

Malaria is a serious disease that kills around three million people each year, no vaccine is currently available. When I was working for Air France I unfortunately lost several coworkers who got infected with the worst severe case of malaria.

I was also infected (no idea where, since at that time traveling to Africa, Asia and South America) but fortunately it was not the worst case, I only ended up with a flu like symptoms (and that what's so dangerous with Malaria, if you don't react quickly and think you just got the flu, the next day you can be in the coma and the day after you can be dead!)

Pretty scary but unfortunately 75% of the victims are African children under the age of 5 so I am afraid that this Brazilian ad won't help them much :-(
