TAKE A RIDE WITH US IN TOULOUSE

I had no idea the center of Toulouse has changed so much in the past few years. I love that they have turned it into a big pedestrian, bikes and electric buses area. Of course there are still a few cars but everything is done to discourage everyone using them.

So while Alek was looking after the little angel Eva at home, Alain, Céline (who visited us this summer in LA) and I went for some bike-shopping-ride, and it was a lot of fun. My cousin and her husband live in a pink brick house at the end of a cute little quiet street (see picture below) just minutes away from the busiest street in town !!!

Now that the city is crowded with bikes (not as much as in Amsterdam but it is taking a good direction) you have to respect and pay attention to new bike rules, and if you don't the police is there to stop you and remind them to you with a nice big fine...

Hopefully for me trying to snap a picture, looking back, and driving your bike with one hand (all at the same time) is not forbidden ;-)

Some pictures didn't turned great but believe me it wasn't easy ;-) The weather was great and we had a very nice saturday in Toulouse.
