HELLOOO SAILORS! IT'S FLEET WEEK IN NEW YORK CITY!

In case you haven't heard, today marks the start of Fleet Week New York. For those of you who don't know what Fleet Week is (and haven't seen the infamous Sex and The City episode), nearly every year since 1984, Fleet Week New York is the City's celebration of the sea services.

Ok it may be not as hot as the Diesel ad by David Lachapelle above but this annual event also provides an opportunity for the citizens of New York City to meet thousands of Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen :-)

The Diesel picture shot by David LaChapelle, featuring Bob Paris and Rod Jackson, was shot on a pier in San Francisco, not New York City. But no doubt, many naval hotties will enjoy the NYC hunks during fleet week!
