KYLIE MINOGUE RECEIVES THE "ART ET LETTRES" MEDAL

Just minutes ago in Paris, Kylie Minogue received the order of "Arts et Lettres" medal from France's Minister for Culture and Communication Christine Albanel. "I want to publicly salute the courage you showed by revealing publicly that you had breast cancer," Albanel said. "Doctors now even go as far as saying there is a 'Kylie effect' that encourages young women to have regular checks."

She seems very happy, so are her parents. No wonder why her and her sister are so hot, the mum is very chic and beautiful. Kylie X2008 tour will starts in Paris tomorrow night. Jean Paul Gaultier has designed 7 costumes. 14 dancers and 4 acrobats. This tour will visit some new territory for Kylie. For the first time, she will perform in Greece, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Luxembourg, Russia, Latvia and Spain.
