O.H.L.A.L.A. WITH DAVID MORETTI

David Moretti is an American actor, born in Cranston, Rhode Island. He stars in the here! original series Dante's Cove and The Lair. It's by a beautiful late afternoon in Los Angeles that we have met David sporting his sexy new Andrew Christian Deep V t-shirt to snap a few shots, and David took some extra time to answer an OhLaLa interview.

David Moretti is one of those few actors who took the decision to come out. "I don't want to have to sacrifice my social life. I want my boyfriend with me on the red carpet. And if I'm going to miss out on a couple of big blockbuster movie roles, then so be it"

Obsessive
(/compulsive - OCD) - I am totally OCD! I think that has actually helped me tho. I became totally obsessed with making it in this industry that i wouldnt quit till i got where i wanted to be. I would spend countless hours emailing, and auditioning, in class and waiting tables before i even got someone to look at me - let alone hire me.

Harvey
... keeps me stable and unstable at the same time. He always keeps me guessing, but in the end is my love. We are absolutely eachothers yin and yang - and are teaching ourselves about what lies in the middle.

Lair
The show that put me on the map! Without it, I might be a closet case bartender.

Ambition
Every actor has to have this. Without it, you are just wasting your life away waiting for hand-outs. Work for your own accomplishments and they are all the more sweet when achieved.

Listening
Is the key to success. Too many people are just waiting for their turn to speak when you should be listening to the other person. Same goes for acting.

Amour
If you don't love life and everything thats a part of it, you're not gonna get shit out of it :)
