For the first time in the history of Cuba, home users are able to buy computers. The number of people who can or want to buy a computer, however, is small. The computers on sale cost around 800 dollars, which contrasts greatly with the official average salary of 20 dollars. Access to the World Wide Web still remains limited ... so I don't think our amigos in Cuba are going to enjoy OhLaLaMag.com anytime soon :-(
