Ok those guys are supposed to spend hours at the gym to achieve such incredible bodies, so you think they get the basics ... NO! Look at Nick Zano and learn how not to lift a box ... Nick is a 29 year old actor living in Los Angeles. He is best-known as "Vince" from the WB sitcom What I Like About You and will be staring in Final Destination 4!

For all we know, the box is filled with pillows. But with a physique like that, he must know quite a bit about proper lifting techniques. (Or his trainer does.)
