Paris was no exception today with the annual Gay Pride event but don’t even dare call this a Gay Pride it is “La Marche des Fiertes” with this year more than half a million people taking it to the streets. The motto “for a school without any discrimination” dedicated to the fight against racism, sexism and xenophobia among young people.
Thanx to our French correspondent Vincent, we have for you some exclusive shots of the parade. Without being there I can see that nothing really changes through the years, for good or bad, I am not sure!
Straight teenagers who only come here to dance and drink booze on the streets, exhibitionists and feather lovers, gogo dancers promoting parties and clubs … and lost in the middle of all of that a couple of gay people 😉
