ASK AARON
A couple of weeks ago we have introduced you to OhLaLa Personal trainer in Los Angeles, the gorgeous Aaron Savvy, see the related interview along with some hot photos we took just for you here.
"I appreciate all of your questions pertaining to your fitness, nutrition and your overall well-being. I will try my best to answer your questions as they roll in. I also appreciate your kind remarks from the bottom of my heart". Aaron
1 - "Just a fast question. I live in Palm Springs-work out at Gold's. I'm 5'10''. 160-have worked out since I was 20 and am now 80! Work out for about an hour and 1/2 almost every day--each time I go I work out one body part-is that better than going fewer days and working the whole body?" Jerry
Jerry, Thank-you for your question and concern. I actually recommend working out two muscle groups per day and the core (abdominals) every other day. Choose one of the bigger muscle groups first: Chest, back or legs followed by a smaller muscle group: Triceps, shoulders or biceps. Perform cardio last. Working one muscle group is okay now and then, but you cut yourself short obtaining your ultimate fitness goal. Working the whole body is a little extreme. Allow 60 min. of resistance training and your allowed time for cardio.
2 - "I am really tall, and have a hard time getting muscular mass... What would be the best way to succeed in that?" John
The answer in the second part of the post!

John, this is where both your nutrition and gym time needs to be treated equally and lived religiously. We are all individually different. Age, gender, genetics and how we train and how we have been currently living play a crucial part in our final fitness outcome. I would recommend for you to go my website aaronsavvy.com where I do customized fitness and nutritional plans for individuals.

Ajay was one of my favorites at Sean Cody. Keep up the good work Aaron.

The answer in the second part of the post!

I'm sorry, but can you come up with a more believable last name? However, I must say, you are quite savvy in your savviness, Mr. Savvy.

Wow. Seriously, can't believe the nasty comments from some people.
Good for Aaron. We were blessed to see him naked and in action. And without getting bogged into that sort of lifestyle, he's spun it into a suitable career about fitness and nutrition.
If you can't say anything nice, don't pollute the world with your bad attitude, keep it to yourself.

I echo CamboSoup. Why disparage pornography when it is something you enjoy, and why insult the producers of it to boot? Aaron's videos were great.
As to the advice given to the first questioner, there is nothing wrong with working one's entire body in a single sitting at the gym. What matters is variety in exercises, time spent resting afterward, and how far one "breaks down" his muscles when working out. And all of that will work differently for everyone (though similarly).
So, did you work your entire body when you gym'd it all last month? Switch it up! Your muscles will develop faster. Are you tired or sore when you go back to the gym? Have you noticed a longer recovery time is better, or not? Act accordingly!

I love your work from SeanCody. Hope to wish you continued success in whatever career you pursue.
PS.
Well I have to say seeing you, you must be a very reliable trainer with your great physique.

I have seen Aaron training clients at the gym and he is focus and knowledgeable...if not overtly friendly. And yes, he is very sexy. I, too, have appreciated his work on Sean Cody, but I do not presume to think anything disparaging. Real name or not, who cares? The man has found something at which he is good and chooses to share his knowledge of fitness with us. Good for him! Good for us. Photos of his beautiful physique inspire me.

You are a disgrace. I don't know why people give you leniency when they would not allow their own kids to do the disgusting things you have done on the internet. It's called hypocrisy Ajay, not love for you. They want you to continue to be meat to entertain them. They don't give a crap about you as long as you continue bottoming for various people.
You have no dignity. Trust me, if not now, you will definitely regret later in life.
You are nasty.
