Thanks to Steph, Alec and Jason for yet another great photo shoot. It is guys like this that inspire me when I go to the gym. Sure, I don't have Ryan's genes and shall never look like him, but all the hard work he has put into getting his body in shape reminds me that I should strive to be the best that I can be. Merci!
