No! We know it is Zac Efron on the picture above, we're talking about the unidentified blond girl below leaving with him the Smashbox Studios in Los Angeles. Zac Efron was there for a photo shoot, and most likely showed off his newly acquired manly muscles for the camera! Cannot wait to see the result ;-)
I don't know who she is, either, but to me she looks like a plastic beast.
