INTERVIEW! GETTING PERSONAL WITH MODEL BRIAN JANKIC

He is the next big thing in modeling world. Brian Jankic is in NYC and we had to take him away from his girlfriend to ask him a few question. They are soo cut together (you can see the photo in the second part of the post), and now here is the interview:

How did you get into modeling ?
Brian Jankic: I always liked fashion, in a way,.....this buzzes fascinated me when I was young,....traveling, big cities, and of course meeting great people and beautiful girls,... so through a friend Andrija Bikic I got into a agency in Milan called Beatrice, this was the start.



What are you origins ?
BJ: I am originally from Serbia, my real name in my passport is Branislav, but nobody can really spell it, so my agency decided to short it up to Brian. I am born in a small village called Borovo Selo, in Croatia. In 1995 after the war we moved to Munich Germany, where my mother was already living for 10 years.

Tell us more about how do you keep in such a great shape...
BJ: I have been practicing thai boxing for couple of years now, and I am really careful about what I eat. One good tip for you: 4 liters of water every day, and a lot of sex if you are lucky ;-)

What was your favorite photo shoot lately ?
BJ: I did a small editorial for the UK edition of Elle, it took place in the Hamptons in July, and I had a great time.



Did being a model ever helped you with girls ?
BJ: Being a model... I agree that it is a great job if you love it, but I have my personality and do not like to identify myself with anything. I am like any other regular guy, but really easy going (a real country boy). So I have to work as hard as every other guy to get a date with a girl.

Tell us more about where do you see your self 6 years from now ?
BJ: I live my life like if there was no tomorrow, that means I try to make the best of it every day, but in 6 years from now I see myself as a respected fashion photographer (as photography is my big passion). I see myself with a woman that I love, with one child, in a nice home probably New York and of course with a dog ,male weimaraner, my favorite one...



What do you wear when you sleep ?
BJ: I prefer to sleep naked, only when it is too cold I put on shorts.

What would be your dream photoshoot ?
BJ: The Calvin Klein perfume campaign, followed by the jeans campaign in the sooner future.
