I think a parade on the 5th Avenue or Times Square in NYC would have been more apropriate to welcome back a true American Hero ... but today there is probably more cash doing Main Street USA in Orlando and posing for a box of cereals ...

A couple of days ago, in the UK Michael Phelps got to parade in front of Buckingham Palace in central London with fancy smoke out of some plane's butt.
