LE SHOPPING DU JOUR: PARIS 09.03.08
We are back to our European base, Paris, for about a week. The weather is horrible it feels like a winter day, cold, grey, rainy, in one word ... wonderful!
In order to keep our mind out of this grey day, Alek and I went to the Galeries Lafayette for some shopping ;-) + Jacket (Dsquared 675 euros) + Black belt (Dior 290 euros) + Black leather bag (Dior 430 euros)
+ More Shopping du Jour

God, everytime you're in paris, all you do is bitch about the weather ! So "provincial" of you. Yes, it's not LA or "le sud", get over it. A rainy day, and what are you doing ? Shopping ! There are so many things to do in Paris, so many exhibitions for instance... One would think someone the least bit interested in photography would maybe go see the Avedon show at the Jeu de Paume, or Annie Leibovitz at the MEP. Anything to enjoy the amazing cultural and artistic worth of the city. Maybe you did see those shows and decided not to talk about it in your blog... Bitching about the weather is so much more interesting indeed.

I'm shocked! I didn't know a jacket can cost 675 euros. In my country jeans and jackets of 30 euros are considered expensive.

Why people would pay that much money for stuff that looks like that? Just for the same reasons people make stupid comments :-) Because they can ...
