OHLALA RUDY REYES NAKED IN "GENERATION KILL"

Being in Europe for a little over 2 months now, we have to thank one of our "beauty contributor" photographer Bruno Rand for pointing our attention to HBO miniseries Generation Kill.

This 7 part miniseries Generation Kill is based on the book with the same name written by Evan Wright. The true story of the highly trained Marines of First Recon Battalion, following them through the first 40 days of the Iraq war.

Rudy Reyes is a real life Marine Sergeant now retired, who took part in the 2007 America's Heroes calendar and plays himself in the HBO miniseries. Reyes, who served twice in Iraq and once in Afghanistan, eventually left the Marines.



"I started hating the fact that we're not helping anybody over there … I wanted to fight people and engage and kill people who are oppressing others, right? It's quite sobering when you look in the mirror and you're like, 'Oh I guess I'm kind of that person too.'"

"Well, Rudy was the most toughest and macho Marine and seemingly the gayest Marine. That's how the other Marines described him and they also warned me, just because you think Rudy is hot doesn't mean you're gay, because he was so beautiful."
