RYAN REYNOLDS COMPLETE NYC MARATHON
Newlywed Ryan Reynolds works up the sweat at the New York City Marathon on sunday, finishing in 9,646th place, cheered on by his celebrity spouse Scarlett Johannson and crossed the finish lines into the waiting arms of his mother, with a finishing time of 3 hours and 50 minutes [Splash]
Raising over $79,000 for actor and Parkinson’s Disease activist Michael J Fox’s “Team Fox” charity, Reynolds noted, “While I was racing I saw Michael J. Fox on Fifth Ave and I gained 15 pounds of goose bumps.” The 31 year-old actor, whose father has suffered from Parkinson’s for 15 years, added, “I thought a lot about my father and about Michael while I was running. I'm running for those who can't."
“I am going to allow three to four hours for my scary marathon face to go away and then I am going to eat my body weight in raw dough,” he told the Daily News. Another picture of Ryan Reynolds in the second part of the post.
