Luke & Noah have been kissing (and just kissing) for centuries. It seems that we have been reporting their endless platonic relashonship for ever and at some point we gave up.
They recently were busted doing noting and kissed, and kissed and kissed and kissed and kissed ...
So yes they are done with kissing but don't get too excited (like you care!) but the only thing you'll see is kissing. Aren't you glad we have been waiting for so long ... and they are so sweet putting back their pants on right after the shower while still wet ... so cheesy!
