MALIBU ROAD TRIP
There is a city made of multi million dollars cabanas between the cliffs and the Pacific Ocean called Malibu. In 10 years we have been coming to L.A. and months of living here full time, we never went to this side of the city.
Yesterday was a great hot and sunny day (pretty much like today and any day of the year in Los Angeles) but that was our excuse to shut down our computers and take our new car for a Malibu Road Trip! Ok it's only 30 minutes away from us but the drive on Sunset all the way to the beach is great.
I was not expecting much since we drove once on the PCH along Malibu and from the road, it does not look like somewhere you wanna stop!
But we had a great afternoon in Malibu. We walked on the beach all the way to the Surfer's spot and let me tell you that it is impressive (as you can see on the picture above) with so many people waiting for a good wave you would expect a mess but the surfers are so organized and synchronized that it is like watching a ballet in fact when a surfer finally get on a wave it is like looking at a ballet dancer floating on water ... really amazing!!!!
Don't we look like we're having the best time !!? HaHa! This is just our 'strike a pose' face for the blog don't worry ;-) Enjoy more photos from Malibu California in the gallery below.
