Riviera's saggy pants ban, which took effect last year, made it unlawful for a person to appear in public wearing pants below the waist, exposing skin or undergarments. Violators could be fined, then jailed if they did not pay.



Oh yeah you may be smiling but if our Zac Efron was living in Riviera Beach he would be facing a daily fine ... I don't even mention the double fine everytime he drops his keys.

Of course some people should be more careful when it comes to control the level of their pants!
