First I am not sure what the company wanted to refer to by using 'five centimeter' but no matter what, 5 centimeters (2 inches) ain't a lot ...

Plus in the Chinese culture even tho the number 5 is associated with the five elements (water, wood, fire, earth and metal) it is conceder as an unlucky number (I bet you're unlucky with 5 cm...) Plus 5 CM is a plural and centimetre should have an 's' at the end. It seems like a lot of fashion faux pas to me ...
