Lifestyle Guru Derek Fabulous, from DerekLovesShopping.com, was recently approached by his friend, Model/Actor Mike Toretto, to assist him in picking out the perfect swimsuit for his trip to the Bahamas. After racking his brain for a bit, Derek decided to bring Mike to UNIVERSAL GEAR, in the Chelsea District of NYC.
While there, Mike tried on a few suits, showed off his hot bod, and shared his incredible story behind his "Survivor" tattoo: It's an homage to being 6 years cancer free!!!!
Derek also schooled Mike on the key points to remember about picking a swimsuit:
1. If you have junk in the trunk, make sure there's an elastic waistband!
2. If it's a board short you desire, make sure its fitted!
3. If you are in love with the fit of the shorts, but they gape at the waist, fret not!
Bring the swimsuit to the tailor and have them either nip the waist, or install an elastic band!
