TRUE BLOOD! WHAT'S FOR DINNER!?

Have you seen True Blood last night !? There is one more episode to go and just like many shows they keep the best for the end. So last night was pretty quiet in events ... until we met the Queen and her hors-d'œuvre-entourage.

When I saw the deliciousness of males and females standing by the pool waiting to feed the Queen and her guest, I immediately spotted our buddy David Rich that we have recently photographed [David Rich by Alek & Steph - Interview With David Rich] second hunk from the right on the picture below!



Unfortunately (or fortunately) he was not chosen since the Queen was more feeling like brunette last night! And the guest to be fed was Bill Compton [Stephen Moyer]





Not sure if Bill enjoyed his meal, but one thing is for sure the meal enjoyed Bill! I cannot wait in two weeks [Labor Day Weekend Break] for the season finale.

IS LEWIS HAMILTON ENVIOUS !? ;-)

If a picture is worth a thousand words, the problem is that you can tell a lot with thousand words. Most of the time you can make up stories with just a picture and a certain abgle or a certain look. On this image above it seems that the super hot Lewis Hamilton is a little envious of GP's British driver Jenson Button long silky hair ;-)

But looking at those photos [Lewis hamilton for McLaren Footwear] we know that Lewis has nothing to envy to anyone :-P

TAYLOR LAUTNER FOR TEEN VOGUE

Taylor Lautner may (and should) put Robert Pattinson into the darkness, I never got the Pattison buzz and agree that the spotlights should be on team Lautner :-) Taylor is on the cover of the October issue of Teen Vogue in a spread shot by Bruce Weber. Is Taylor ready for the success and spotlights !? "There are twelve cars that camp outside my house, You can't ever really get used to it, because it's not normal to have people snapping pictures of everything you do. You just have to try not to let it affect you." Unfortunately today that is the minimum price to pay when you want to be famous.

What about Twilight!? According to Taylor, there is a very specific sort of girl who's going to sign up for what's become known to Twilight fans as Team Jacob. "If she likes having a really close friendship with a guy," he begins, "being able to tell him anything, and then having that friendship slowly transform into something more...."

OK! and what about the boys!? Are Twilight's fans only hysteric 'straight' teenage girls !?

Like every year, People 'en espanol' releases its list of the most handsome Latin men. For their October issue (they sure don't waste time ...) men such as William Levy, Poncho Herrera, Eugenio Siller, Jencarlos Canela, Espinoza Paz, Pedro Moreno, Miguel Varoni compete for the tittle of the 'Mas Guapo'.

THE US OPEN IS WARMING UP!

Here is a couple of photos of the caliente Rafael Nadal during a practice session at the 2009 U.S. Open in Flushing, Queens, New York City [INF]



And one of Russian Marat Safin, who also had to practice shirtless ... If the players do the practices shirtless, this means they are much more comfortable this way and should be allow to play during competitions like that! I am sure more people will suddenly find new interest in tennis.

AUGUST 31st HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEPH

Today August 31st, 2009 is Steph's birthday. It feels great to take a pause for a moment and think how lucky I am to have you in my life. When we have met I had this feeling that you are the one and that we will spend our lives together and 11 years later our love is even stronger than at the beginning. It brings a smile on my face, and warmth in my hart to every day wake up next to you. I wish you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY my love.

I have taken this photo above a few days ago at the Grove, while we were driving around enjoying quiet time together and freezing memories with our camera. I can not express enough how lucky I feel to have you Steph in my life. VOLIME TE, JE T'AIME, I LOVE YOU.

For a few days now we have been celebrating Steph's birthday with our best friends, Donald and Francis, and we want to thank you guys for being such amazing friends... and we want to thank all of you our readers for following our adventures here on OHLALA Mag :-)

OHLALA ROWING REVIEW

France, United States, Czech Republic, Spain, Germany ... they came to Poland from all over the world to participate in the World Rowing Championships.

HOLLYWOOD'S NATURAL SPECIAL EFFECTS

Ironically in a city where many things are fake, even natural disasters look like something out of a bad movie ... the smoke column rising over the Hollywood hills today was pretty scary.

Mandatory evacuations were extended today into neighborhoods in the canyons on the northwestern edge of Altadena, Glendale, La Crescenta and Big Tujunga Canyon as the fire tripled in size and is still spreading in all directions. The fire remains only 5 percent contained. Officials said they did not expect to contain it until September 8.



Today in the afternoon temperatures went in the 110, which is about 44.5 Celsius (as you can see on the picture below, we have opted for the Celsius option in our car) I will never get used to the Farenheights anyway ...
