TSUNAMI ADVISORY FOR L.A.
A massive earthquake in the Pacific Ocean that killed at least 100 people in the American Samoa prompted a tsunami watch in Hawaii and a tsunami advisory for coastal areas of Southern California. Beaches in LA County have been closed at 8 p.m.
"Coastal residents are advised to stay out of the waters ..." Like if anyone was swimming in L.A. in the middle of the night ... those people if they exists should be arrested and treated for mental disorder anyway!
More seriously even tho officials say they don't believe coastal regions will suffer much damage, some beaches could see higher than usual tides beginning at 9 p.m.
