PARIS FASHION WEEK F/W 2011 /CHANEL SUR GLACE

Among the people who braved the cold of the Chanel Ready to Wear runway Vanessa Paradis. I LOVE her so much.



Karl Lagerfeld just can't get enough of Vanessa Paradis the triple threat French singer/actress/model who is also Johnny Depp's longtime girlfriend and baby mama. Most recently Lagerfeld asked Vanessa to be the face of the Rouge Coco lip color collection and now he's replacing Lily Allen with Vanessa to represent the Spring 2010 collection of those plush Coco Cocoon bags.

Also in Paris Lindsay Lohan the clash of the Titans ... well the chic a la Francaise and the Tragic a l'Americaine.





Karl delivers an AMAZING collection in a stunning show with an over the top Artic production with real melting icebergs (unfortunately) just like in the real life. As always If you have to see one fashion show in Paris Chanel is the one!



Even tho this is the Womenswear Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2011 in Paris right now, Karl sprinkled a few hunks including Baptiste Giabiconi on this giant iceberg located at the Grand Palais.















For the sensitive souls and other hypocrite-non-vegan-people (you know the one eating meat, wearing leather and are disgusted by the vision of fur coz it's prettier than a chicken feather) Karl did not use any fur. It's all synthetic "Fake is not chic — but fake fur is" adding on the eco-theme of the show: "It's not global warming, it's global-cooling!"
