HAPPY 40th PRIDE LOS ANGELES

No plans were made for us this weekend, mostly because first we never make any plans in general :-) And also because it was Pride here in Los Angeles. But saturday night after seing a movie with our friend Darion we have decided that since it was his very first Gay Pride Parade we would join him :-) It is always nice to spend time with Darion and it is also nice to see the diversity of the vibrant and eclectic community, and witness how the times are changing.



















Who said that soccer was not popular in the US, how can you not love it especially when it is brent everett who is holding the balls ;-)



























After the parade, Darion stayed in the heart of WEHO to enjoy some more celebrations and Alek and I went back home to our very own private 'crazy' pool party in the hills ;-P



As soon as Alek entered in the pool I got a text message from Darion saying, I quote: "Kylie Minogue at millions of milshakes and Britney Spears at the Abbey right now ..." lol well it seems that Weho was definitely the place to be today!



Minutes later Darion sent us a couple of pics from the LASC rooftop party, a roof party that we could have even enjoyed from our place if we had a pair of binoculars ;-)
