OHLALA POSTCARD / PALM SPRINGS CALIFORNIA

Last night we came back from our week in the desert. We had an amazing and sooo relaxing time, exactly what I wanted for my birthday :-) We stayed at the glamorous Vice Roy in Palm Springs.

Staying at the Vice Roy is almost like being home away from home. The villas are amazing and you can always find some shade around one of the 3 swiming pools. We also liked the fact that this week was not crowded at all comparing to the busy labor day weekend to come. 

With temperatures rising up to 46°c [114°f] we have spent our time staying cool between the 3 pools. It was nice to finally feel some summer heat, for some reason this summer in Los Angeles was "relatively" cold.




So as you know we went to spend the week in Palm Springs which was one of my birthday gifts from Alek :-) The cherry on the cake if I may speak so ... was one of the guest at the Vice Roy this week, in order to remain "descreet" I will not reveal the identity of this guest on the blog but I will only say two things: True Blood & Hunky Werewolf .... yep, I could not have asked of a better birthday crowd :-P










I am glad Oriane was with us and that our friend Ryan Barry took some time to join us and cool down in the pool with us ... here is a little picture for you my friends of this fine looking man ;-)






The villas at the Vice Roy are simply amazing and this is our favorite one! (and that is where we have stayed)



The Vice Roy was packed with cute colorful Hummingbirds, and butterflies seriously!!! It was like being in a Mariah Carey's music video ;-)
