I kinda feel bad saying that it is cold right now in Los Angeles because today was 15ºc [59ºf] and back home in Europe our families had to brave temperatures "reaching" -15ºc [5ºf]. I know we haven't experienced a real winter weather for over 2 years now (and I am good for another 10 years I think ...) but honestly I am not even sure at this point that I will be able to deal with cold physically, like ever again ...

The other positive thing about SoCal winters (besides the warmth) are the amazing sunsets.

Jaimie Alexander & Alexander Ludwig at The Chateau Marmont For BELLO #33

Bello Mag #33 is in the making.

This special Hollywood issue will feature many fashion editorials inspired by movies nominated at the Oscars for best picture such as The Tree of Life, The Descendants, Midnight in Paris or The Artist for the cover story.

Channeling their 1920's Hollywood Glam, the gorgeous Jaimie Alexander (who played Chris Hemsworth's sister Sif in Thor) and Alexander Ludwig (aka Cato in The Hunger Games) photographed this week at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles by Aleksandar Tomovic.

Los Angeles Postcards / 02.04.12

The winter has totally forgotten about this place and today was pretty much another perfect day here in Los Angeles.

Back in Europe our families are pretty much trying not to freeze. In Yougoslavia Alek's family is burried under the snow with temperatures reaching -30ºC (-22ºF) my family in France is not feeling much warmer with one of the coldest winters in decades.

Los Angeles / Weather Disorder Winter 2012 Edition

I know it's California and it's supposed to be sunny and all but I mean come on it's January !!!! and it's ridiculous, in a good way bien sur but it's not even like we are lacking sunshine all year around here in L.A...

I don't LOVE winters but I do like cooler, cloudy days where all I want to do is stay home with a tea by the fire place reading a book or watching tv ... not so much for my cosy afternoon lately. The sun is shinning bright and hot in Los Angeles. The pool sessions are back along with the beachy afternoons.

Wich is exactly what we did today. A long relaxing day at the beach, Santa Monica and Venice ... so much fun!

And when I am in summer mood I usually like to listen to some good classic club songs like Love Has Gone by Dave Armstrong & Redroche Feat. H-Boogie it's such a summer tune for me!!!! I love it so much, it's one of those songs (like Holiday by Madonna) that put me instantly in a great mood. The video is pretty cool too, watch it here.

We know that as good as it looks, we better enjoy it while it last because February is usually a wet month in L.A.
