BRAD PITT MAKES THE CUT!

The handsome Brad Pitt is on the cover of the November issue of Japanese magazine CUT. Brad Pitt is a HUGE star and even bigger in Japan. They love to have him promoting all kind of things over there. he is like a quality label ;-)

last year we have showed you a commercial where he was playing a pervert tourist in France. But for some reason the video is no longer available on youtube ... I wonder why! Instead you can see this version, where even if he is not dressed in a stupid yellow suit acting like a manga he still cannot help himself checking out the ladies.

BRAD PITT DEFENDS HIS DECISION NOT TO MARRY + GAY-TO-STRAIGHT THERAPY DISAVOW

Don't tell Brad Pitt who or how to love. In the latest issue of Parade magazine Brad Pitt has once again defended his and partner Angelina Jolie’s decision not to get married, despite their family [source]



“I have love in my life, a soul mate absolutely. When someone asked me why Angie and I don’t get married, I replied, ‘Maybe we’ll get married when it’s legal for everyone else.’ I stand by that, although I took a lot of flak for saying it hate mail from religious groups.”

“I believe everyone should have the same rights. They say gay marriage ruins families and hurts kids. Well, I’ve had the privilege of seeing my gay friends being parents and watching their kids grow up in a loving environment. I resent people telling others how to live! It drives me mental! Just the other night, I heard this TV reverend say that Angie and I were setting a bad example because we were living out of wedlock, and people should not be duped by us. It made me laugh. What damn right does anyone have to tell someone else how to live if they’re not hurting anyone? How many times do you think real love comes to someone in a lifetime? If you’re lucky, maybe two or three.”

I have to say that having someone standing up for gay rights when some gay don't even bother for personal interest is just amazing and show how incredible people and human beings Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are.

Which leads us to another pretty amazing and positive news. The American Psychological Association concluded today that there is little evidence that efforts to change a person's sexual orientation from gay or lesbian to heterosexual are effective [source] In addition, the 138-page report -- covering 87 peer-reviewed studies -- said that such efforts may cause harm.



Contrary to claims of sexual orientation change advocates and practitioners, there is insufficient evidence to support the use of psychological interventions to change sexual orientation," said Judith M. Glassgold, chairwoman of the task force that presented the report at the group's annual meeting in Toronto, Canada. The Washington-based association represents more than 150,000 members.

"At most, certain studies suggested that some individuals learned how to ignore or not act on their homosexual attractions. Yet, these studies did not indicate for whom this was possible, how long it lasted or its long-term mental health effects. Also, this result was much less likely to be true for people who started out only attracted to people of the same sex."

AND THE OSCAR FOR THE BEST HOST GOES TO ... HUGH JACKMAN

Today was the 81 Oscars ceremony in Hollywood, so before making our way to Trent & David's new place for an Oscar Party, I have snapped a couple of pictures from our place and you could tell that the red carpet was busy by the number of helicopters out there.



Alek and I have been watching the Oscars for so many years. Alek used to keep me awake in Paris until 6am to watch the entire ceremony (which I hated because of the voice-over by French anchors 'personalities' who had nothing to say and kept on ruining the real speeches live from Hollywood).



When it was announced that Hugh Jackman would host the 2009 Oscars I knew a wind of change was coming to Hollywood. Thanx to producer Laurence Marks, and director Bill Condon for bringing to us the best Oscar ceremony ever!

The opening of the ceremony was absolutely incredible, if you haven't seen it yet you can watch it below.



It is hard to entertain everybody for over 3 hours! But this year was far from boring, in fact it was the perfect blend of glamorous and classy-classic Hollywood. The stage, the lights, the performances, the presentation of nominations, ... it was all incredible. We also really liked the Original Screenplay presentation!

A huge thanks goes to Hugh Jackman for being so good and so damn sexy ! We all agreed that we want him to present the Oscars next year under the direction of Laurence Marks (below left) and Bill Condon (below right).

OHLALA THE 2009 GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS :-)

If when it comes to fashion of an award show it is hard to go wrong, tuxedo is a tuxedo, right? Well, this year's Golden Globe's show can be considered as a bad hair day for some male starts. But remember , I am not being judgmental or trying to criticize anyone here, I am just being gay :-)

Before we start, let's enjoy this OhLaLa moment with Colin Farrell and his quite adorable pink flamingo pose ... isn't he super cute !? But as Kate Winslet would say "gather!", now can someone tell me what happened to Zachary Quinto's hair !? Apparently not much or too much I am not sure at this point, the good thing is that the focus was more on the perfectly groomed Chris Pine :-)



But Zachary was just the tip of the iceberg, it would be hard to pick the one who showed up with the 'best' dirty hair, I mean the one with the 'best' texture, yeah that's the word, texture! Usually that's what happens when you don't use shampoo, lots of texture!



Now let's move to the sweet and sexy couples, our favorite teen couple, Hayden Panettiere and Zac Efron aren't they super cute together !?



The hot couple award goes to Megan Fox and Terrence Howard, she was totally trying to seduce the audience by touching her neck, that's such an old trick and also an indicator that she was enjoying Terrence's presence ... who would not !?



But OUR FAVORITE couple of the night, Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange!



I have no idea for how long those two have been drinking before getting onstage but they were just amazing! We love them!

The ones I really don't get are the Jonas brothers, but after all I am not 14 anymore so who am I to judge 3 prepubescent boys !? Two , only the one in the middle is a kind of cute.



The real cutie of the night was jake Gyllenhall (I am totally sold for him, what can I say!?) I just loved how he was playing with his tong during his speech (thinking of me Jake!?)



Unfortunately some other cuties in the audience did not make it to the stage, like Neil Patrick Harris, Bard Pitt and Michael C. Hall!



In the sexy and classic category, Patrick Dempsey, Tom Cruise, Gerard Butler and Pierce Brosnan.



When it comes to the best speeches, i have to say that 30 Rock really rocked !!! Tracy Morgan was hillarious and Tina Fey's speech was really funny, you can watch it in the second part of the post.

BRAD PITT! HOT DADDY RIDE ALERT IN HOLLYWOOD

Brad Pitt looking good with his big bike and sexy helmet, racing the streets of Hollywood. I even think I saw him when those photos were taken, I am not kidding, but I do say "Oh! Look, it's brad Pitt!" every-time a hot guy on a bike drive next to us and I think this time it really was him but Alek did not even acknowledged me :-) [Splash]

I kind of like the photos in a sense that Brad is comfortable not hiding his age, but the photos really do not do him justice ... at all! They seems a little bit off, brad is someone full of energy, look at him riding his bike and the 'someone stole my lunch box' look is not brad Pitt to me.

OHLALA THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON

We had the opportunity and the pleasure to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button that opens December 25 nationwide. And wow! What a great movie ...

The movie is an adaptation from the 1922 short story of the same name by F Scott Fitzgerald directed by David Fincher, starring Cate Blanchett one of our favorite actresses (along with Meryl Streep) and Brad Pitt. So yes! I would definitely say that Benjamin Button is a curious movie. It is a fairy-tale but still it feels so real. This has probably something to do with today's part of the story taking place in New Orleans, the terrible night of hurricane Katrina.



Honestly if your family christmas reunion is turning into a disaster, and I know it may for many who still feel oblige to go back home on this wonderful holiday (that I cannot wait to be over ...) I would suggest to take a walk and head to the nearest theater to see this movie.



If you are not into fairy tales, impossible love stories, amazing photography, great acting, if you do not like Cate Blanchett or Brad Pitt .... at least go to see Brad Pitt's triceps ;-) And don't roll your eyes, if all the things listed before are not good enough for you I am so not ashamed to use the ultimate hunky Brad Pitt's trick to get you to see this movie ;-)



The make up and visual effects are amazing! And as photographers we were both blown away by the fantastic photography of the entire movie. Looking at Brad Pitt getting younger while Cate Blanchett was gracefully aging was quite fascinating. Two more sexy shots after the jump.

BRAD PITT PLAYS A PERVERT TOURIST IN FRANCE

Don't you love Youtube!? I mean Hollywood stars always embarrassed themselves in some foreign commercials tv ads (most of the time in Japan) but 15 years ago we did not really knew about it! Well today new technologies are spreading the embarrassment worldwide for our own viewing pleasure ;-) So let's enjoy a very yellow and pervert Brad Pitt for a cellular brand in Japan.



I love on how the French cliches meet Japanese obsession! They even used the France Gall song that won the Eurovision song contest in 1965.



In the previous commercial for the same brand, Brad was playing himself, but it probably did not attacked enough customers. So after researches and studies all over Japanthey came out with the idea of a yellow Mr Bean in France! Will it work !? We'll see ... I have heard that Pink Dinosaurs with G strings are very much in in Japan right now .... hear that Brad !!!? ;-)

Did you know that Brad Pitt also did a commercial for canned coffee in Japan !? Oh! and do you remember the Pringles commercial where he was shirtless in Miami !? There is also this one in 1991 where he was thorwn out of jail with no pants on for Levis. He also did Heineken, the German Alice Commercial and Rolex Japan. We have all those videos in the second part of the post.

BRAD PITT GOES BORSALINO IN N.Y.C

No, Brad Pitt is not filming a new version of the movie Borsalino, he simply went out for diner at Ristorante Il Cantinori in New York City [Splash]



Talking about Borsalino, I don't think anyone can mesure up with Alain Delon and Belmondo hotness in the 1974 movie Borsalino & Co.
