BATLESTAR GALACTICA THE MOVIE IS LIKE SEX & THE CITY ONLY IN SPACE

So even tho the series came to an end back in March, and even tho a prequel series called "Caprica" will debut on Syfy early next year, the BIG news today is the DVD release of the new movie "Battlestar Galactica: The Plan".

We are not going to review the movie, because first I am not a movie critic, and I haven't seen it yet but the movie fills in the blanks about the Cylons' infamous plot and reveals the hows-whats-whys of several characters.

Today to celebrate the release of the movie we would like to focus our attention to one specific shower scene it's like Batlestar Galactica meets Sex & The City.



The thing about space is that even tho it is like endless you will notice the lack of space ... it is so tight that in the future men and women will have to, shower, shave, brush their teeth in the same space. It is a bit like a spa, as you can see on the picture below, girls are even willing to help their male buddies epilate their eyebrows.



This shower scene if you ask me, is largely inspired by the movie Sex & the City, when Samatha meats meets her neighbor Dante [Gilles Marini] in the flesh.

What reminds me of the Sex & The City famous shower moment is this particular plan below where the camera reveals the quite impressive anatomy of one of the space crew :-P The big reveal, thanx to one of our readers, Adam, AFTER THE JUMP.

Our friends at Gods of Football got some A-List Hollywood publicity when Entertainment Tonight ran a story on them this week! Last fall and winter, we brought you exclusive images of the Australian rugby league and football players who posed naked for a fundraising calendar for breast cancer. INTO THE BLUE 2 ...Dives straight to DVD

Into the Blue 2 is (you would have guessed) a sequel to the 2006 film Into The Blue with the super hot Paul Walker!

It was quite a challenge to do better for the sequel but I have to say that Chris Carmack is a perfect pick! But don't already picture yourself going out with friends and stuffing your face with pop corn at the local theater to enjoy the movie since it will have a straight-to-DVD release on 21 April 2009.



The movie also features David Anders from Heroes, Audrina Patridge from The Hills and a very Paul Wlaker looking dude (as you can see below).



So why a straight-to-DVD release!? I am going to tell you why ...

MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY NAKED IN SURFER DUDE!

Just in case you haven't seen Surfer Dude in the theater ... don't worry, the DVD will be out on December 30. The movie features the real surfer dude Matthew McConaughey. McConaughey’s playing a soul-searching surfer experiencing all kind of things in order to find inner peace.

OHLALA MICHAEL COPON IN THE SCORPION KING 2

The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior was out during the summer ... but don't worry it is not too late to see it, the movie was released on DVD last month (I am not even sure if the movie was actually released in theaters...) But hey that is not the reason I mention this movie on OhLaLa [Superherofan]



The reason is 26 year old Michael Copon, better known for his role in the television series One Tree Hill.

The gorgeous Michael was born in Chesapeake, Virginia from a Filipino father and a German mother, and looking at him you understand why he was named one of People magazine’s “50 Hottest Bachelors” in 2005. One more photo and the trailer of the movie in the second part of the post.

MAMMA MIA!DOMINIC COOPER NAKED IN DELETED SCENE

If you loved the movie Mamma Mia (we did) here is one more reason why you should get your DVD now !!! One of Dominic Cooper's scene was deleted in the movie, and what a scene!
