Canada is not exactly known as the ultimate summer destination, that was before Dsquared2 and their hunky summer camps.
Camp fire, thunderstorm, the Canadian twins Dan and Dean Caten, have put a lot of though into the performance art aspect of the runway show. Honestly I am not a fan of camping but I would so do it for Dsquared2 ;-) Who would not like to spend a couple of days in the woods with Marlon Teixeira, Garrett neff, Jean Carlos, Simon Nessman and all the it boys of the moment !?
D&G (not to be confused with Dolce & Gabbana) has presented their 2010 summer collection at the Milan fashion week. And BOY it was hot!
If we could we would have a D&G dedicated walking closet :-) Yes, that's how much we're loving it and we love this new collection. Their shoes are awesome and not as expensive as you would think. On the first picture the beautiful Garrett Neff looking real good and sexy, I could totally see him going to the beach (or to the Marais in Paris) dressed like that ;-) Below the hunky Tyson Ballou.
Dolce & Gabbana (the designers that is) really have an eye for great style, amazing cuts and they always choose the hottest models around too.

I am not a fan of behind-the-scenes in general, for me it often kills the magic. Of course it is always nice to see the fun details and models having fun, but as I have said I could do without.
That being said check out the behind-the-scenes of Garrett Neff for Calvin Klein body :-P We all loved the sexy sandy photos of the oily Garrett.
Well the behind-the scenes revealed that it wasn't shoot in some exotic location but more like at one of those factories with piles of sand outside and instead of the baby oil spread on his hot body they just used a garden hose ... talk about killing the glamourousness ... and I don't even talk about the guys holding the reflectors who are looking totally bored!
But for Garrett Neff naked being hosed ... I am ready to pay the price of killing the glam ;-) And I am sure you would forgive me too. I love the guy with the cap busted texting all of his friends ... that would totally be me!

Last night the West side in New York City hosted Jeffrey's Fashion Cares event, which raised tons of money for GMHC.
The highlight of the night (apparently) was this young Latin kid who would be opening the show and who I'd never seen. "Who are you with?" "Ford," he said with his shy little accent. Moments later I was bum-rushed by queens, "Did you talk to him? What did he say? Is he nice?" I'm like "Who?" "Jesus Luz!! That's who you were talking to!!" Uh..okay. I guess. Sweet kid nontheless.
