FIRST LOOK AT TYLER McPEAK by GREG VAUGHAN

Male model and personal trainer Tyler McPeak is sharing with us today some photos taken by Greg Vaughan. Tyler was previously featured on OhLaLa back in October 2009 with some photos by Paul Reitz [TYLER McPEAK by PAUL REITZ] You can see all the photos by Greg Vaughan here.

Tyler has relaunched his blog back in November 2010 where he is giving you workout tips! But above all I though it was important to share his story because Tyler recently talked about his personal battle with an eating disorder, which is very courageous and also rare for a men to be open about this kind of issues.

"10 million people in America struggle with eating disorders, 5 million will fully recover and 2 million will die. For the longest time I was embarrassed by this story but now that I’m fully recovered I wanted to share my experience to let people know that I’ve had my own personal struggles with food. I want to tell my personal story of when I battled with an eating disorder for what felt like an eternity but was for an eight month period. For the past couple of years I had always struggled with being somewhat addicted to food. From weekend drunken late night binges to just random binges that were caused by trying to eat extremely restrictive and ended badly by back firing. It wasn’t until August 2009 that it started to take a plunge for the worse..." Read more.
