JONATHAN RHYS MEYERS ARRESTED IN PARIS

The Tudors star Jonathan Rhys Meyers got into a confrontation with French police in Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport while reportedly in a drunken state.

A bartender at the café “Le Quotidien” in terminal 2F refused to serve the 31-year-old actor, who appeared drunk. Another bar employee stepped in but JRM swung and punched the intervening waiter. According to The Sun, JRM is quoted as saying, “You wanna hit me? Hit me!” He was later released pending further inquiries.

JRM was previously arrested in November 2007 for public drunkenness and breach of the peace at Dublin Airport.

Maybe he's just a nervous flyer ...

I am so disappointed by The Tudors this season, not story wise, but wardrobe wise!

Especially when it comes to the hot love scenes ... I remember once upon a time when men were butt naked, you may recall the super hot Henry Cavill in a steamy scene in season one [Henry Cavill Naked in The Tudors]



Long gone that time is my friend! Today the king Jonathan Rhys Meyers keeps some sort of diaper to make love ... and Henry Cavill is overdressed with fur !!!! But we still love them ... and we are still enjoy The Tudors on Showtime very much (the fact that there isn't 15 commercial breaks in one episode also comes as a BIG plus).

A couple of weeks ago we have announced that John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyer were coming to the Paris and its infamous northern suburb (that was at the epicentre of nationwide riots in 2005) to shoot Luc Besson's new movie 'From Paris with Love'.

It was announced this morning that the filming have been cancelled after 10 cars from the production have been burned ...



The decision to shoot there was part of a drive by the French producer, Luc Besson, to boost the economy and tap the talent of the suburbs. 100 people from this area (where 40% are unemployed) were hired as extras or security guards. As always it is sad to see that a few rotten people can still rule the life of thousands ... But why they didn't called the police you probably wonder !? Well because ...
