Celebrity make up artist Scott Barnes highly anticipated book “About Face” is set to hit bookstores just in time for the Holidays! This book was created in collaboration with photography Karl Simone, a regular contributor on BELLO mag.



Scott Barnes arrived in NYC to attend Parson School of Design. Helping out a friend, Barnes wound up involved in the world of fashion photography where he found an outlet for his artistic drive and talent. He takes the principles of painting, light, shadow, illumination, and translates them onto faces.

BLAKE KUTCHE MAKING A SPLASH IN BELLO MAG

Just 10 days after its release 200,000 people have enjoyed the new summer issue of BELLO mag. One of the editorial features Blake Kutche [DNA Models] photographed by Karl Simone, it's called Splash and it's indeed very refreshing. Exactly what I need on this hot summer day in L.A.

Storm and Los Angeles, I know it does not go together but this story was shot on the only HUGE storm day we had in months ... not to say years !!!
