This is the new Just Cavalli fall winter 2009.10 ad campaign featuring Kate Moss shot by Mert & Marcus. I know what you are thinking, it feels like the fashion industry cannot think outside the 'Kate Moss and Mert & Marcus box' But the result of this fashion-combo is good! At least we like it.

SUNDAY PARK by MERT & MARCUS

The september issue of W magazine with Kate Moss on the cover features a fantastic fashion spread also shot by Mert & Marcus called Sunday Park.



Not only we love the photos, Mert & Marcus kind of know their thing, we absolutely LOVE the styling by Alex White. It's very après-guerre chic.

Second part of the new DSquared campaign shot by Mert & Marcus with the appearance of the famous twin brothers and their sexy entourage, Lara Stone, Kerry Degman [Major Model] Antonio Navas [next] and Cesar Casier [VNY].

GIVENCHY NEEDS A REALITY CHECK!

Mert and Marcus photographed the 2009 Fall Winter campaign for Givenchy. The ad features Simon Nessmann [Major Models] that you may not have recognized with the weird wig!

Givenchy fashion house and their head designer Ricardo Tisci trade black and white photography, white backgrounds and Inez and Vinoodh for the other most wanted duo on the scene, Mert and Marcus, the change comes after 9 seasons with Inez and Vinoodh behind Givenchy campaigns. Slightly extended model cast keeps Mariacarla Boscono and Simon Nessmann, with a surprise reinforcement by Adriana Lima (below) Yes that is her ... How talented you have to be to make her look like Marilyn Manson!!!!? Just in case you don't remember this is how she should be looking.



The adverts will hit the magazines pages beginning July 2009. “It’s a new step,” Tisci said. “I wanted to give this feeling of going from a studio to reality. It’s important to give reality to women.”

"It’s important to give reality to women" Ok I am not sure where they think those photos are somewhere near reality for women !!!? Fashion reality maybe ... Ah fashion ... some people have been in it for way to long to remember what reality means.
