ONLY IN HOLLYWOOD /SPIDERMAN UNDER ARREST

Those of you who went to the Hollywood boulevard near the Hollywood & Highland complex, knows how tragic this place is.

Today, Spiderman, was arrested on outstanding criminal warrants after an incident in which he allegedly slugged a man. The victim, who said he had been hit on the face and arms, refused to press charges against the costumed impersonator [source]



The all community, including the incredible Hulk, Elvis, SpongeBob SquarePants, Darth Vader, Snoopy, Marilyn Monroe and others have worked on Hollywood Boulevard for years were reportedly very shocked by the incident ;-)

It is not the first time something like this happens, and we can imagine why. Recently Chewbacca was arrested after allegedly head-butting a tour guide who complained about the impersonator's treatment of Japanese tourists.

Just try to go on the boulevard dress as SpongeBob, trust me, SpongeBob number one is gonna come and kick your ass off the sidewalk in no time ... 2 years ago, authorities convened a "superhero summit" designed to reduce tensions among the performers! Only in Hollywood ...

APPLE UNVEILS FIRST PARIS STORE IN THE LEGENDARY LOUVRE

Can you believe that French people had to wait until today to be able to go to a real Apple store. Until now Apple was sold through other computer stores and was offering one of the worst customer service ever [trust us, we have experienced it...]



But this morning in the legendary Louvre museum shopping centre, Apple's little bees are working like crazy to be able to receive customers starting saturday morning. Apple will then quickly open a series of stores around Paris and in other cities in France. Ron Johnson, an Apple retail senior vice president, said France could witness the fastest growth of the company’s chain of stores.

LEONA LEWIS ATTACKED DURING BOOK SIGNING IN LONDON

Just minutes after this picture was taken [above] British singer Leona Lewis was "understandably shaken" after a man attacked her during a book signing in central London this afternoon, a spokeswoman for her record label said. A 29-year-old man was arrested after he punched Lewis in the face at the Waterstones bookstore in Piccadilly Circus at 4:36 p.m. according to a Scotland Yard statement.

Among the 100's reasons why I would not like to be a public figure or celebrity, this is on top of my list. I am not even a celebrity and I do not like people around me ... there are some serious sick people out there. The guy could have been doing the same thing with a knife or any weapons ...

I just feel so bad for Leona who seems to be such a nice person :-(

THE GOVERNATOR HAS SPOKEN! ANTI-PAPARAZZI BILL & MILK DAY

Today our governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has surprised many people by reversing himself on several pieces of legislation and signing bills similar to ones he had previously vetoed. Among those bills:

A measure aimed at reining in the paparazzi by making it a crime, punishable by a fine of up to $50,000, for a person to take and sell unauthorized photos of celebrities and others or their children in "personal or familial activity". The amendment permits lawsuits against media outlets that pay for and make first use of material they knew was improperly obtained. This amendment takes effect in January.

Which means that every celebrity shot we are going to see next year will either be staged or green-lighted by the 'celebrities' ... which means even more D-Listed faces that nobody [should] care about such as Jon Gosselin which is prety much what we already are use to see today.



But also the Milk bill, designating May 22 as "Harvey Milk Day" in California, encouraging schools to consider commemorating his life and the SB 54 bill which recognizes same-sex marriages performed in other states before California's November 2008 ban on gay marriage.

DANNII MINOGUE CAUGHT IN A GAY STORM AFTER FAILED JOKE ...

So last night President Obama gave his Big Gay speech, renewed his vow to allow gay men and lesbians to serve openly in the military, but did not offer any timeline for doing so. “I will end ‘don’t ask, don’t tell. That is my commitment to you". The same president who does not support gay marriage — as a matter of Christian principle he has said. Today's demonstration in Washington DC is intended to pressure Obama to make good on his campaign promises.

Because of the lack of rights, the subject of sexuality remains very sensitive, as an example, last night's X-Factor performance in the UK. Dannii Minogue made a joke about the lyrics of Danyl's song referencing a recent newspaper interview he has given about his sexuality.

Danyl Johnson altered the lyrics of Whitney Houston's 'And I Am Telling You' so that he was singing about a woman, rather than a man.

During the live show, Minogue said: "If you're to believe everything you read in the papers, then you didn't need to change the gender references in the song. It was meant to be a humorous moment about the fact he had an opportunity to have fun with his song. An openly bi-sexual guy singing a song that is lyrically a 'girls' song'. Danyl and I were joking about the very same thing in rehearsals on Friday, so it carried on to the show. I'd like to apologise to anyone that was offended by my comments, it was never my intention."

She spoke to Danyl straight after the show, explained what she was talking about and he wasn't offended.

In fact if you listen carefully to the song you can hear someone shouting 'He's gay!' I am pretty sure he was able to hear many more insults while he was on stage, which is probably why he ended up being so emotional. Not over Dannii's comment. I do not believe a single second that she would intentionally hurt him. You can totally see on her face that the moment she was saying those words she knew things were not going as planned.

Since this morning she had to apologize and justify herself on her twitter page [never start one by the way, Twitter is an open door to people's mediocrity and stupidity into your own life and who wants that!?] She wrote:

"I'm happy to apologise on camera. No problem - Yes it was supposed to in celebration of Danyl being who he is. I'm sorry if anyone was offended. He sang a great finale song - I adore Danyl and meant no offense. I'm sorry if I have caused any harm. I spoke with Danyl afterwards and he said he was not in tears over my comment at all - as he was singing a girls song, and has made very honest and open statements about who he is, I thought he could have had fun with it, a celebration of what makes him so special -nite nite peeps. Thanks for your tweets. There was nothing bad aimed at Danyl - he got the joke from the article he did prior to the live show. More fun tomorrow, promise ..."

I think the fact that Simon Cowel told Dannii that 'she can forget playing any of those games' just made the all thing sound worst for her. What the performance and the 'controversial' comment below. Listen more to the stupid audience screaming insults before and after the song. Those are the one who should apologize not Dannii.

BOYZONE STEVEN GATELY IS DEAD!

This is the sad statement just lreleazed on Boyzone official website: 'Stephen tragically died whilst on holiday in Majorca yesterday. He was there with his partner, Andrew. At present we don’t have too many details. The rest of the boyz will be travelling to Majorca later this morning.'

Steven Gately was born in Ireland and joined Boyzone in 1993 after answering an advert in Dublin to audition for Ireland's first boyband. He wed Andrew Cowles, first in a commitment ceremony in Las Vegas in 2003 and more formally in a civil partnership ceremony in London in 2006. Steven Gately was 33 :-(

JAW IS BACK IN LOS ANGELES

I am one of those grown-up kids that still has some second thoughts going for a swim in the Ocean, thanx to Steven Spielberg.

Recently southern california residents have spotted the great whites swimming along our sandy beached. In fact since May there have been more than 20 confirmed sightings of a shark at Sunset Beach, south of Los Angeles.

While officials have their doubts as to the validity of these claims, residents such as Randy Wright was able to snap several photos of a shark as the animal lunged into the air while he was kayaking off Sunset Beach hoping to snap a picture for The Shark Research Committee. And that is what I call a money shot, just amazing !!!!!!

WHAT ARE WE DOING TO OUR PLANET!!!?

At least 100 people were killed after a tropical storm swept through the northern Philippines. Manila experiencing its worst flooding in nearly half a century. More than 330,000 people were affected by storm. It's the 15th of about 20 typhoons and storms that forecasters expect will lash the country this year. With the lack of food and water more people may die waiting for relief.

A scenario that could become a seasonal issue ... worldwide.



In the near future, which can be tomorrow, we are more likely to die of natural disaster caused by global warming than a terrorist attack. The G20 leaders put no specific numbers on the table, just a vague statement of ridiculous intentions.



In California we are being told to get ready for El Niño, which is likely to cause floods and landslides. And even tho we know it usually only comes around every 12 to 15 years we also know that each round gets closer in time and the strength of those natural disasters keep getting stronger.

Of course when you know that in 90 years London is likely to become as hot as the Cairo in Egypt in its worst scenario, you could think that it may be a good investment to buy a condo in London for your kids and grandkids, after all it is not a bad thing for the British people to say bye-bye to fog, rain and cold ... except that along the way the city will have been engulfed by the rise of sea level. And that is not good for the real estate business ...



Not a single country is prepared for natural disasters on a big scale, we saw that 4 years ago during Katrina in New Orleans. It's very scary to know that our future and the future of this planet is in the hands of irresponsible people.



If things would change, let's say tomorrow, and things are stabilized, the positive effects will not occur for another century. So maybe the G20 was right by saying they will 'try' to reduce the Greenhouse gases by 30% in the nest 10 years ... what's 10 years !? It's nothing and maybe it won't kill that many people after all.

We know we can't have faith in our leaders, so let's hope, Jesus, Allah, The Green Tara, The Virgin Mary, Buddha, Ganesh, Altjira, your grandmother's spirit ... it does not matter who you are praying to, can do something for all of us!

FILIP NIKOLIC DEAD AT 35

Actor Filip Nikolic, former singer from the famous 2B3 boys band died at the age of 35. According to the first reports the cause of the death, an heart attack due to a combination of pills he used to get to sleep.

He became SUPER famous in France and Europe after creating a band with his two best friends in 1996 Adel Kachermi [below left] et Frank Delay [right] their voices were ok, their choreography were cheesy but extremely acrobatic and well executed, making their act very fun and engaging!



Ironically his first hit single was called 'partir un jour' [Gone One Day] and was about living his life knowing that you can be gone tomorrow and never return, following your dreams and live life at its fullest ... we sure hope he did and was happy along the way!
