ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO AND BRUNO ON ZE COVER OF MARIE CLAIRE UK

We were not exactly sure if Bruno's latest fashion scandal was completely staged [Bruno's Angelic Crotch Landing on Eminem's Face] at least today we know that all parties involved on the making of this new Marie Claire magazine were aware of Bruno's presence ;-)

Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio and Austrian fashion journalist Bruno Sacha Baron Cohen are on the cover of the July 2009 UK’s Marie Claire. We absolutely love Alessandra Amborosio that we recently featured in a photoshoot called The Girl From Ipanema.



In the issue Bruno shares his A-Z’s of fashion which is pretty hillarious, you can read the entire thing HERE but here is a couple of our fav:

C is for... CHINESE. Zere’s like over 500 billion of zem, yet zey don’t have one single model amongst them – vy is zat?

N is for... NAOMI. She’s amazing – 20 years in ze business und all ze pressure und fame hasn’t changed her a bit – she’s remained a total bitch.

O is for... ORLANDO BLOOM . He’s basically obsessed mit me. I don’t vant to use ze word stalker, but ven ich vas at Milan Fashion Veek I stayed at ze Hotel Malecci. Guess who checked in to ze same hotel two hours later… Orlando Bloom. Coincidence? Ich don’t think so.

TOMMY HILFIGER IS SO L.A.

There is definitely something magic and sexy about Los Angeles. It is not a coincidence if the heart of the world's movie industry beats here between the Hollywood Hills and the beaches. Many artists are living here and if you tune into the good energy and the right people life can be pretty amazing.



Of course I have heard so many people saying 'I could never live in L.A.' and when I ask them what they saw of Los Angeles is a one day trip with Universal Studio in the morning and Hollywood Boulevard in the afternoon with a drive through Sunset Boulevard at rush hour!



Fashion is also largely insprired by the west coast cool way of life and the new campaign of Tommy Hilfiger is so L.A. The photos are fabulous and exactly what L.A. is about!



Of course we all live like that in Los Angeles, reading scripts all day long, looking at the sunset from the top of the hill, running on the beach with friends, going to the pool every day wearing the latest designer shades, sitting on convertibles and let the wind blow our extensions ;-)



Actually I was trying to be ironic, but that's what I do pretty much all the time ... without the hair extension bien sur ;-)

EARTHA KITT DIES AT 81

A family friend says Eartha Kitt, a sultry singer, dancer and actress who rose from South Carolina cotton fields to become an international symbol of elegance and sensuality, has died. She was 81.

Kitt, a self-proclaimed "sex kitten" famous for her catlike purr, was one of America's most versatile performers, winning two Emmys and getting a third nomination. She also was nominated for two Tony Awards and a Grammy.

Her career spanned six decades, from her start as a dancer with the famed Katherine Dunham troupe to cabarets and acting and singing on stage, in movies and on television. She persevered through an unhappy childhood as a mixed-race daughter of the South and made headlines in the 1960s for denouncing the Vietnam War during a visit to the White House. On television, she was the sexy Catwoman on the popular "Batman" series.

BUSH CREATES JOBS IN TURKEY!

This is a new take off for the Bush Shoes. The maker of the shoes that an Iraqi journalist hurled at US President George W Bush has had to take on 100 extra staff to cope with a surge in demand for his footwear.

Turk said orders had initially flooded in from Iraq, followed by other Middle East countries and finally from the rest of the world, including for 19 000 pairs from the United States.

Formerly prosaically dubbed Model 271, the black polyurethane-soled shoes have been renamed "Bush Shoes" he was also thinking about the "Bye Bye Bush Shoes"!

MICHAEL JACKSON IS SICK! LIKE REALLY SICK ...

Michael Jackson is reportedly in desperate need of an emergency transplant operation to save his life from a rare lung condition called A1AD — alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency. Sufferers lack a protein which protects the lungs, according to the author of a new biography of the singer. The current claim is that his lung condition has left him so weak he can barely speak. The vision in his left eye is 95 per cent gone. After iving such an auto-destructive life, I am really surprised that Michael Jackson is still alive! It's really sad to see someone getting lost ...

According to TMZ Michael Jackson has rented a home in one of the most exclusive areas of L.A. for a whopping $100,000 a month ...

IVANA TRUMP'S NEW BOYFRIEND HAS A SECRET TWISTED PAST :-)

OMG When I saw the picture of Ivana Trump with her new 'eledgedly' french boyfriend John David, I almost choked on my drink ... Not at the fact that he is like 92 years or something younger than her, but because we have just spent a couple of months while in France looking at his face (and more) on tv everyday!



John David who is introduced to the US audience as a french model became famous by being a contestant on a twisted version of Big Brother called Secret Story! See a related post and pics of John David HERE

Do you know what was John David's secret !? His secret was that at 23 years old, John David has already had over 780 sexual encounters .... with women! I wonder if John David has more secrets in his pockets!? ;-)

RUN SANTA ... RUN!

When you think about giving, sharing and a nice package, what comes to your mind first!? The Santa Speedo run in Boston bien sur ....

Every year, all kinds of Santa are gathering around the globe, but the one crowed that we like in particular (for obvious reasons ... it takes place in the beautiful city of Boston ;-) is the Santa Speedo Run :-) Yes it is that time of the year already and like every year Santa runners raised money for the local charity Cradles to Crayons, which aims to give low-income and homeless children basic essentials to keep them warm throughout the year. Each participant had to raise at least $250. Congratulation guys !!!! [Boston.com]



This Santa Speedo charity run is going global, last week in Hungary 100 runners met for a two kilometer run to raise funds for Hungarian orphans, check out the picture in the second part of the post.

OHLALA SHARK ATTACK!IF YOU THINK DIVING CAGES ARE SAFE ... THINK AGAIN!

First I think the idea of tourists feeding great white shark is stupid. So two stupid divers in Mexico may have learned their lesson. Poor shark!

The great white shark smashed their diving cage into pieces. The incident took place last year at the Isla de Guadalupe, where the pair had paid $3000 for the shark dive on board The Searcher boat.

LONDON TUBE! OHLALA MIND THE G-APES

Yesterday the Piccadilly Line was invaded by the 'real' Apes from the film Planet of the Apes. The apes were in London to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Charlton Heston film which has been re-released on Blu-ray DVD. The original movie was based on a science fiction novel by French author Pierre Boule [Daily Mail]



I can't believe that it's been almost 10 years already since Mark Wahlberg filmed the remake. Below the trailer from the 1968 movie.
