The Ninja Turtles are back. They’re bigger, and better, and here to save America’s most famous city, New York, from irreversible destruction. For a particular Canadian boy, this is a dream come true. Vancouver native, Noel Fisher, comes to the silver screen like he’s never done before. He’s green and well over seven feet tall. That’s right, Fisher plays one of the turtles in this summer’s blockbuster, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and he assures us, playing this character is not something he’s taken lightly. A Rainbow Lace To Change The Game

Screen Shot 2014-09-08 at 10.45.46 AM

French soccer Olivier Giroud (above) can't change the fact that 'he is gorgeous' ... but this new #RainbowLaces campaign by Stonewall wants to change the game to kick homophobia out of football.

'We've teamed up with Paddy Power, Arsenal, The Gay Football Supporters Network and loads more to send Rainbow Laces to every professional football player and club in Britain. We're asking players to wear the laces during the weekend of 13/14 September to show their support for kicking homophobia out of the beautiful game.'

NYFW - Parke & Ronen 'Dickie Greenleaf' Inspired Collection

Screen Shot 2014-09-05 at 12.15.27 PM

New York Fashion Week is happening right now and even tho it is not Paris or Milan, there are a few things worth the attention. This season we have decided not to go to Fashion week mostly because we are busy enough on the west coast but also because NY in the summer - or in the winter - is never my cup of tea. Too cold, too hot, too humid, too busy ... it's too much for me.

Also when you have the option of looking at all the main shows live poolside on your laptop, it's a no brainer, why waste time running and waiting around to be squeezed on a bench next to a stranger? I rather leave my seat to someone who really wants and enjoy being there ...

Talking about things worth our attention, Parke & Ronen have presented their summer 2015 collection inspired by Dickie Greenleaf aka The Talented Mr Replay - minus the sexy hairy chest, too bad!

Do not think I am mentioning this runway just because of the sexy models and their washboard abs, Ok maybe just a little! But the collection itself is pretty cool, here are some of my favorite pieces (and models) and sometimes both:

After the jump some backstage moments capture by Andrew Villagomez.
