I still do not get the "I was here" thing people enjoy using so much because first, nobody really cares where you were (unless your ex is a stalker on fb) but I do get this "use a condom" campaign by HIV Foundation/AIDS Council in Finland.
I kinda feel bad saying that it is cold right now in Los Angeles because today was 15ºc [59ºf] and back home in Europe our families had to brave temperatures "reaching" -15ºc [5ºf]. I know we haven't experienced a real winter weather for over 2 years now (and I am good for another 10 years I think ...) but honestly I am not even sure at this point that I will be able to deal with cold physically, like ever again ...
The other positive thing about SoCal winters (besides the warmth) are the amazing sunsets.

Today we get to enjoy a new series by Brazilian model/photographer Mattheus Lian. More images at Brazil Does It Better.
Just imagine the pressure if you had to build a stage to perform in front of 114 million souls ... in less than 6 minutes ... It sounds crazy and it's exactly what Madonna did for her half time Superbowl gig.
Ok she did not actually build the stage herself but she is, after all, the creative energy who put all this together so the credit is all hers and to the hundreds of people who moved this massive stage like loving ants carrying precious goods for their Queen.

Oh sweet baby Jesus, Marie, Joseph !!!!
First let me start by saying that no matter how good they are, I am not a fan of wax figures, unfortunately this one is far from good. Last week a little town in Serbia unveiled his latest waxwork in honor of tennis player Novak Djokovic [who just won the 2012 Australian Open] ... I am speechless and I honestly feel bad for the artist who I am sure put so much work and effort but the result is just nothing like Novak.
I mean the profile is OK, right? Novak said that even if his doppelgänger may not be an copycat he is still very grateful for the homage, which is the most important.
"I Love Americana" is the tittle of this spring summer 2012 campaign by Americana Manhasset stores featuring Simon Nessman and Karlie Kloss [source + More Images] Photography Laspata DeCaro.
