Let me give you Maik Wiedenbach (pronounced like Mike Veedenbak), a 33 year old
"Physique Architect" based in in Manhattan. He was recently shot by Richard Gerst in preparation for promotion for his new fitness book to be released in 2010.

Wiedenbach, a former World Cup swimmer for Germany, came to the US for a scholarship at Fordham, and eventually left Wall Street and a successful finance career to return to what he lives and breathes: sports and fitness.

The buzz about his book entitled
"The 105 Greatest Fitness Myths" is that it will clear up and out the other pop-fitness book fluff, and teach us all how to achieve what we want: amazing physiques (guys read: ripped abs and great muscularity).

Wiedenbach in just two years of building his brand identity has established an elite clientele list.
With a wait list that typically is over a year long, he has turned down top celebrities because, as he put it,
"I have no openings, and I have a group of focused clients who depend on me. An additional client would take away from those I have, and when you have made my list, you remain my priority - as long as you are willing to work hard and focus- until we agree you have reached your goal. I raise my clients to outgrow me . . . I am not a babysitter. The celebrity can wait."
