TRUE BEAUTY FINALE IN L.A.

So yesterday was the season finale of True Beauty hosted by the truly beautiful Vanessa Minnillo, the fabulous Nole Marin and the Glamorous Cheryl Tiegs.



There was a little beauty gathering on Sunset Boulevard last night to watch the last episode. It was great to see the boys! Thanx Nole :-)



I will not spoil the final result for those who haven't seen the show yet, but even if the result was the one I was expecting I was hoping for our Joel to win ... oups did I said Joel is not the winner !!? Well you still have two contestants. But watch out for Joel! He is going to be big in the modeling industry that's for sure.

JOEL RUSH INTO THE WILD

Thank you judges, last night the beautiful Joel Rush was given a second chance. I would have been very upset and disappointed if he had to leave!

If last week Joel went wild [True Beauty Gone Wild] this time he went into the wild. One of the challenges was to hike all day long, sleep on the beach and then be ready the next morning to shoot a commercial on the beach about 'real beauty'. For the hike Joel had to team up with Billy who was worried about his hair (not having a mirror to check himslef out every 5 minutes) but our sweet Joel was there to help him with the 'wild ones' and kept on fixing his hair during the hike.

They both arrived first at the beach camp, right on time to enjoy the sunset. There is nothing like a beer in one hand and ... well something else in the other hand to properly enjoy a sunset ;-)



Unfortunately Joel's video was not the best one and he had to go through the elimination ceremony. And boy, no matter if Joel is half naked or in a suit, he is looking good! Enjoy all the photos in our special gallery below.

TRUE BEAUTY GONE WILD

On last week's episode of True Beauty on abc, our favorite contestant, the super hot Joel Rush had to impersonate one of his roommates, Laura in order to win a challenge! I think he did a good job portraying her (and he did because he won that challenge) the fact that he had to roll up his short and lift his T-shirt was just the cherry on the cake :-P

So as we have promised you last week, today we have for you another exclusive photoshoot with True Beauty contestant Joel Rush and today I am 'doublement' excited with this post: first because Joel is absolutely gorgeous and sexy in those photos and secondly because we are welcoming back photographer Hudson Wright to OhLaLaMag.

We have been great fans of Hudson Wright for years. His work was first featured on OhLaLa (when it was OhLaLaParis) back in 2004, so having him back with us is really exciting :-)

Tonight will air the second episode of "True Beauty", after great first week results. We love the show and are particularly found of one of its judges Nole Marin, famous fashion editor and stylist.



New York native Nolé Marin is a ground-breaking fashion icon, go-to celebrity stylist and television personality whose long run as a favorite judge on multiple seasons on "America's Next Top Model," "Canada's Next Top Model" and three-time coach of MTV's #1-hit makeover show "Made" catapulted him to fashion stardom.

Q: What is to you a true beauty ?

NM: A good looking person on outside which can fall in many difference category and a killer personality on the inside.

Q: When you saw the contestants for the first time which ones did you find the most appealing visually ?

NM: Billy , Ashley , Joel , Laura

Q: Tell us something nice and funny about your co-judge

NM: Cherlyl, amazing woman with legendary fashion story that we shared over many lovely lunches. Vanessa, loves her Dr. pepper and Coffee Bean ice blended drinks that kept her going thru the day

Q: Mirror, mirror on the wall how important is beauty in your real life ?

NM: Being a Fashion and Beauty expert glamour and beauty has made my whole career. But personally I don't get catch up in it all. Im very down to earth and that why I around after 18yrs later !

Q: If there is one word you can use to describe this show that would be:

NM: one word ?? Ten

Before we really get to know his inner beauty in 'True Beauty' we invite you to enjoy Joels' hotness on OhLaLa ... The one that really counts ;-) Just kidding, it is also important to be nice ... that being said don't you think Joel looks amazing in his wet t-shirt !!!?

OhLaLa especially requested that any t-shirt on Joel should be white and wet. I am glad to see that photographer Jason T Jaskot did his best to provide us with exactly what we wanted ;-)
